- How much does a dog bath cost?
- Our prices for bathing are based on weight and coat length of your dog. Check out our bathing page for more information.
- Do you offer different packages for dog bathing?
- We do! We have several add-ons and upgrades available. Check out our bathing page for more information.
- Do you offer any walk-in services?
- We do! No appointment is necessary for the following walk in services: nail trims/dremel, teeth brushing, and paw pad trims.
- Do you offer de-shedding treatments?
- A deshedding bath is approximately 2 hours and includes special shampoo and conditioner that helps remove undercoat. Additional brushing is also done during a deshedding bath.
- We also offer a follow up deshedding appointment that is usually booked about 2 to 3 weeks after the deshedding bath that allows us to remove even more under coat.
- Do you offer flea and tick baths?
- We do! We have all natural shampoos and treatments that help remove most fleas and ticks.
- How much does a dog bath cost?
Appointments & Scheduling

- Do I need to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?
- For a full service bath or full groom, we do require an appointment.
- For a self-service bath, you can come by when it's convenient for you. It's on a first come, first serve basis.
- Walk-Ins also include: nail trims, dremels, teeth brushing, and paw pad trims.
- How long does a typical bath take?
- A bath appointment takes about an hour. While a deshedding bath takes two hours.
- We also offer add-ons in 30 minute increments of extra brushing should the breed and coat condition require more time.
- Can I drop my dog off and pick them up later?
- Absolutely! We recommend you drop your dog off at least 5 to 10 minutes prior to their appointment. When they are nearly finished with their appointment, we will give you a call.
- What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
- While we understand life happens, if you need to cancel or reschedule, we prefer a 24 hour notice.
- Do I need to make an appointment or do you accept walk-ins?

- What types of products do you use in your spa?
- All of our shampoos, conditioners, and finishing sprays are natural with no harmful chemicals or pesticides. See here for more information.
- Can you accommodate dogs with sensitive skin or allergies?
- Yes. We have products for dogs with sensitive skin and allergies. See here for more information.
- Do you require proof of vaccinations?
- We require you to complete our safety form that includes your up to date rabies or titer test for rabies vaccination information.
- How do you handle anxious or aggressive dogs?
- We do work with dogs that require special care. Our team will consult with pet parents and discuss the best approach.
- What happens if my dog gets scared or stressed?
- 4 Paws will NEVER force a dog into any type of service if they are scared or stressed to a point of harming themselves or one of our staff members. We have protocols in place and will work with the pet parent to make sure they receive the best service possible.
- Can I stay and watch while my dog gets bathed?
- Most customers prefer dropping off and picking up their dog when ready. But if you wish to remain with your pet during our service, we can arrange for that to happen.
- How often should I bring my dog in for a bath?
- We recommend for most dogs to come in every 4 to 6 weeks. It really depends on your dog's breed, coat, and environment. We will work with you and find out what is best for your dog.
- What types of products do you use in your spa?
