We have had our dog Blu since last August and have been struggling with episodes of chronic diarrhea. In the dead of winter with snow knee-high this year, all night long I would be urgently racing for the front door with my dog to get out before an accident would occur. Our vet ran tests and did not find any problems, saying this would be a chronic problem we would just have to work with and that we may have to switch to a prescription dog food.
I worked with Four Paws on feeding solutions and have been very impressed by the knowledgeable staff. They guided me step-by-step through the process of switching Blu onto a raw food diet. Since then we have not had any diarrhea issues except for one time when we tried to incorporate some dry food back into his diet. Blu used to have four stools a day and struggle a lot, now he has two small stools a day without any problems. His attitude has even changed since switching to raw food – he defiantly has a more calmer state of mind. I am glad Four Paws has such a knowledgeable staff that actually use and are familiar with the products they are selling.
